Kounters is an application designed to enable users to quantify and monitor various aspects of their daily lives through customizable event tracking. The tool facilitates the measurement of progress across diverse activities such as workouts, habit formation, expense management, sales tracking, weight monitoring, scoring, and goal achievement.

Each counter within the app maintains its own event log, allowing users to record specific occurrences along with optional images or textual notes for comprehensive documentation. This feature supports detailed tracking and historical reference.

 <li>Auto: Incremental amounts are specified upfront.</li>
 <li>Manual: Count entries are entered individually for each event.</li>

 <li>Categories: Organizational tools that allow grouping counters into collections for easier management.</li>

 <li>Progress visualization: Graphical representations such as daily counts, inactivity feedback, and landscape-oriented bar graphs displaying totals over periods up to three years, maximum counts, and averages.</li>
 <li>Event details: Recording date, time, optional location, image attachments, and notes. Users can edit or delete existing events.</li>
 <li>Counting methods: Shake-to-count with adjustable sensitivity and optional sound-based counting responsive to audio levels. Settings can be customized or disabled as desired.</li>
 <li>Location tracking: Optional storage of latitude and longitude coordinates for each event.</li>
 <li>Data export capabilities: Export event lists as PDF or CSV via iTunes or email for external analysis or backup purposes.</li>
 <li>Reset functionality: Allows for clearing all events within a specific counter.</li>
</ul>
